Plastic pollution is endangering biodiversity across our planet. It contaminates soil and freshwater sources, chokes terrestrial and marine wildlife, and now makes up around 80% of the total waste in our oceans.
As world leaders gather at the 2025 UN Ocean Conference to accelerate solutions, we’re proud to share that we have been selected as a winner of the Biodiversity Small Funds Initiative, hosted by the World Economic Forum’s Global Plastic Action Partnership with support from the Government of Canada.
Together with other winners, we will continue tackling the dual crises of plastic pollution and biodiversity loss.
Our approach starts with people. From the shores of Mangkai to the homes of Desa Keramut, we raise awareness, reduce single-use plastics, and inspire behavioral change through education and action.
