Sea Turtles

Sea turtles have long graced the shores of Mangkai Island, playing a vital role in the marine ecosystem. But today, their survival is at risk from threats like habitat loss, marine debris, and illegal poaching. Through our Sea Turtle Conservation Project, we work hand in hand with the Keramut community to protect nesting beaches, monitor hatchlings, and raise awareness among the younger generation.
